Vasu Vemuri is a practitioner-led transformation and Business Operating System (BOS) leader with 25+ years of experience delivering measurable operational, digital, and cultural excellence across automotive, manufacturing, electronics, HVAC, energy systems, datacenters, IT infrastructure, and MSMEs.

Across his career, Vasu has led complex, multi-site transformation initiatives achieving 30–40% lead-time reduction, 15–20% OEE improvement, 3× capacity expansion, and Multi-million-dollar verified savings. His work is distinguished by disciplined execution governance, robust operating systems, and outcomes that sustain well beyond the engagement lifecycle.

His expertise spans Industrial Engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Business Operating Systems, complemented by deep capability in Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0. Vasu has successfully led BOS deployments, Lean and Six Sigma rollouts, value-stream transformations, MRP-to-DDMRP supply-chain transitions, and digital manufacturing programs involving MES, IoT, BI dashboards, automation, and ERP–MES integration.

Vasu’s specialization lies in execution-led, Gemba-driven transformation.
